ProChem-Tech can manufacture bespoke gaskets in an almost endless selection of sizes and thicknesses. Our CNC machine cut gaskets combine quick turnaround times with excellent precision and quality. This enables our gaskets to match your specifications, ensuring that they are fit for purpose. Our CNC cutting machines can also accommodate sheets with a width up to 1.5m.

Using a CNC machine, getting your gaskets set up for manufacture couldn’t be easier. We can produce our CNC machine cut gaskets using a technical drawing. Once the machine has been set up it will identically manufacture each gasket. This completely removes the possibility of human error and ensures that you get consistent, uniform gaskets every time.
