Navy Steel Rust Converter

A water borne, eco-friendly, dual acting rust treatment which
stabilises adherent rust and primes rusted iron and steel
structures in one safe and simple operation. There is no need
for blast cleaning or other expensive surface preparation.
Navy Steel is so called because when it is applied to rusted
steel a chemical change occurs in the adherent treated rust
turning it a blue black colour and providing a primer film ready for undercoating and top-coating.
