Vapour Abrasive Dustless Blasting
Vapour Abrasive Blasting is similar to dry blasting, except that the blast media is moistened prior to impact with the substrate, there by generating up to 92% less dust.
Testing conducted by a third-party agency shows that vapour blasting suppresses up to 92% of dust compared to dry blasting. As dust is minimized, less containment is normally required and media clean-up time is reduced.
As Vapour Blasting is considered cold-work and fully ATEX approved, live blasting on process equipment can also be achieved safely.
Graco Vapour Equipment can also use many different blasting media and grits, therefore minimizes if not eliminates damage and wear to substrates.

An All-In-One Blasting Solution
With a small footprint and built-in hand truck with over-sized wheels, the eqm is ideal for small jobsites and blasting in unconventional areas. In addition, this compact blaster is capable of handling any type of project, from cleaning to surface preparation.
Restoring fire-damaged wood, concrete and brick by hand is only cost-effective for small surface areas. Media blasting is so much more productive that it makes economic sense to tackle residential restorations and mould remediation projects with soda blasting and dry-ice blasting. In turn, these methods pale in comparison to abrasive blast cleaning in terms of productivity, but have the critical advantage of not damaging the underlying substrate.
